Own a home with payments less than rent
I took a video of a bank owned home for sale in Antelope, CA. It is listed for $131,000.00. That fact should not have any significance. What is significant about this price is that a person could buy this home with a FHA loan and their total payment would be around $950.0 per month. If you were to rent a similar home, your monthly rent payment would be $1200.00 per month. The other significant thing is that a person could have a gross income of $3000.0 per month or more and qualify for the home loan. If you ever want to get together so that I can show you how you how to buy a home with payments lower than $1000.00 per month, you can call me at 916-261-2381.
